Welcome, to all readers interested in a natural, holistic and rewarding way of living.

To introduce myself, I’m a Law student but also full-time reader, researcher and passionate devotee to improving my body, mind and soul – and now I want to extend that to you, and to our earth.

What gives me the right, you ask? My passion for wellness has partly come from my own health journey over the last several years. Seeing doctor after doctor with persisting symptoms and new, unwelcome diagnoses were taxing. Thoughts of “why me? Why does this happen to me?” and general feelings of anger and injustice towards the world were also impacting my happiness and perseverance.

Despite my love for research, I became very familiar with the incredible frustration and feeling of stagnancy when I did not find the answers or cures I had been expecting. But it’s taught me to think of health as a lifelong project: there is always something new to learn, improve and aim for. Soon, I no longer thought of my health journey as a curse; but instead, exactly that – a journey. A blessing in disguise that has led me on a path of constant self-improvement, and instilled in me a passion to help others achieve their best health, happiness and fulfilment. I’m grateful that I’ve experienced this adversity at a young age – and trust me when I say, I would have never thought those words would come out of my mouth. I’ve had to learn self-care, self-awareness and self-respect at a very early stage of my life, and it’s given me invaluable skills to take with me into adulthood.

I wanted to create a space that brought my many passions together, and realised they all came back to one thing: the earth. Everything is ruled by the earth.

You may have heard of grounding, or earthing: touching the dirt, sand, grass, or the ocean to promote healing and health. We can become more connected to the earth, and in turn ourselves, by listening to what nature has to say.

So what is the earth telling us to do?

For our body, it’s telling us to eat fresh, whole food as nature intended; it’s telling us to get fresh air and sunlight every single day.

For our mind and soul, it’s telling us to listen to our intuition and respect our needs; it’s telling us to take time for stillness.

And it’s telling us to love, cherish and protect our wondrous environment, which nurtures all living things.

So that is the underlying question I am venturing out to answer: how does nature teach us to become the best versions of ourselves possible?

Here is a sneak peak of some topics can you expect to learn about in this space:

Body: food, body types, daily rituals and habits, exercise, meditation, eliminating toxins, increasing energy

Mind and soul: happiness, finding purpose, manifesting your dreams and desires, letting go of limiting beliefs, overcoming anxiety and stress, mindfulness

Relationships: cultivating more love, communication and intimacy, sex, needs and expectations

Environment: eating and growing organic, improving soil health, supporting local farmers, regenerative agriculture, reversing climate change

I can’t wait to bring you new skills and knowledge, and to hear your feedback about what interests you. Together, let’s become worshippers of ourselves and our earth.

Until our first deep dive into greater awareness,

Georgia
